helpful staff comfortable bed tasteful design
The staff were helpful and cute. I appreciated that. the bed was very comfortable, and the bed linen reminded me of nice quality. my room and the bathroom had a tasteful, well-decorated design that i really liked.
i had a faulty aircon unit! it was flashing an error code. i could not control the temperature. the unit would power up constantly and make loud clunking sounds all night.

loud noise noise
The location was convenient.
The air conditioning unit emitted a very loud clunking sound. The noise made sleep impossible. I expected more attentiveness to such a critical issue.
